$1.50 EPIPHANY

Well, tonight I learned something new.  Just when I thought that I had this couponing thing down, I was reminded that, well, I don’t.  I went to the convenience store tonight to get my papers with a dear friend who has a great blog at www.megasimple.blogspot.com.

I always pick up two copies of the Toledo Blade at 2.00 apiece, and ALWAYS recoup my money from that purchase.  Tonight there were only two copies of the Toledo Blade, and Megan graciously allowed me to purchase both copies.  She turned to grab an alternate paper, and picked up the Saturday edition of the Bryan Times.  Well guess what?  The Saturday edition of the Bryan Times has the EXACT same coupons as the Sunday Toledo Blade!  And the cost?  50 cents.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what comes next.  I don’t even read the paper.  Thanks Meg, and I hope you enjoy your Bryan Times.  :)

Coupon Preview for 8/2/09

I am reading that this Sunday's paper will contain FIVE inserts! Two Smart Source, a Red Plum, a Kellogg's insert, and August's P&G! I will definitely be buying several papers! So grab a couple papers yourself, but make sure you get the largest paper for your region. It's much more likely that you will get better coupons this way, and more of them!

If you want to check out a preview of which coupons are to come, go to www.taylortownpreview.com.

Get ready for a ton of great sales next week at CVS and Rite Aid! I'm very excited to hit Meijer's 10 for 10 sale this weekend too!

If you need or want a sneak peek at this weekend's coupons, check out www.taylortownpreview.com for more information. There is only one Smart Source insert scheduled, but it is supposed to be a decent sized insert.

No Coupons 5/24

There will not be any coupons in this Sunday's paper due to the Memorial Day holiday. So take a break and enjoy the beautiful weekend!

What Are We Going To Do?

There are no coupons this weekend due to the Easter holiday. Hopefully you got a paper last weekend with the FIVE inserts! There were definitely some good coupons! I am kind of happy that there aren't any coupons this weekend because I am SO far behind with my organizing! Have a great Easter holiday everyone!
