Kellogg's Coupons are Back!

I just found a link to print more Kellogg's coupons. This is a pretty rare find, so I would get these while you can! The coupons expire 30 days from print, but don't worry, we'll find a place to use them! The last set of coupons didn't last more than a week.

This is how I print coupons:

1. Follow this link for the Kellogg's coupons

2. You may have to install a coupon print installation, and that's ok. Just follow the directions.

3. I print the coupon, and watch my printer for when the coupon is completely printed. Then I cancel the printing job, because often times what comes after the coupon is advertisements, and it just wastes my ink.

4. Next, I put my printed paper back in the printer, and flip it around.

5. Hit the back button on your browser three times, slowly. It should bring you back to the printing page, and you can do step three again. Make sure you don't print over the first coupon!

Any coupon printed from bricks.coupons.com can always be printed twice. This Kellogg's link is allowing SIX coupons to be printed. Repeat step three six times until you get the "Sorry" message.

Chief Sales 10/21/08

I posted earlier about the free cereal at Chief, but I also found some other deals as well. The limit on the cereal is two, so if you are purchasing more than two boxes, you will need to check out more than once, with two boxes in each transaction. My cashier this morning was very pleasant, and I had no issues buying five boxes of cereal...for free.

Kellogg's Pop Tarts 0.99
Buy two and use 1.00 off 2 Boxes of Pop Tarts
Final cost 0.50 per box

Bob Evans Express Links or Patties 2/4.00
Use 0.35 off, which doubles to 0.70
Final Cost 1.30 per box

Superchill Water 24 pack 2.99
No coupons, but a great deal

TGI Fridays Appetizers or Poppers 2/5.00
Use 1.00 off any Mexican Quesadilla
Final Cost 1.50 per box

Rite Aid Deals Week of 10/19/08

This week at Rite Aid is nothing like last, but there are some deals making the trip worth your while. I realize the adult diapers may be a stretch, but...if you would happen to have a gift card from previous rebate purchases, it could be justifiable!

Serenity Tena Underwear 10.99
SCR 10.99
Use 2.00 off one Tena
2.00 Profit

Crest Prohealth Whitening 6 oz 3.19
Use 1.00 off any Crest
1.00 Profit

If you need a digital converter box for your television, they are on sale for 40.00. If you use the government issued coupon for 40.00, these are free as well.

Huggies Diapers are on sale 3 for $33.00. With a SCR of 10.00, these are 23.00 for three jumbo packs. It's been a long time since I've bought diapers, but this sounds like a good deal if you can match it up with high value coupons from home mailers.

Tide and Downy are on sale for 5.99 each this week. If you purchase TOGETHER Tide total care 20 load and Downy total care 48 load, you will receive a 5.00 SCR. You will "pay" 6.98 for both. There are multiple Tide and Downy coupons available. My best are 1.00 for Tide and 1.00 off Downy. This will take the price to 4.98 for both bottles!

Free Kellogs Cereal at Chief

Starting today, Chief has advertised select Kelloggs cereal for 0.99 per box. These include Froot Loops 8.7 oz,Rice Krispies 9 oz, Corn Flakes 12 oz, Frosted Flakes 14 oz, and Raisin Bran 15 oz. Be sure to check the weights of the sale cereal. Visit http://www.coupons.com/ to print off five 1.00 off coupons of any Kellogg cereal coupons 10 oz or larger. You can also print off 1.00 Mini-Wheat coupons that will come in handy soon, I'm sure. I have read online that Sunday's paper will have additional high dollar Kellogg coupons as well. Chief's sale will go through next Wednesday.

Walgreens Wednesday

After the quick run in at CVS, we went to Walgreens, knowing we had at least one money making deal. Still out of stock on last weeks moneymaker, so onward we forge.

3 Dimetapp DM 3.99 each
Loreal Facial Towelettes 7.99
Rimmel Mineral Foundation 7.99, not pictured
Arm and Hammer Laundry Soap 2.99, not pictured
2 Lip Smackers 1.55 each
2 Caramels 1.50 each

Coupons used:
1.00 2 Caramels (Wags)
3 2.00 Dimetapp
1.00 Arm and Hammer
1.00 off 2 Lipsmackers
18.00 RR (expiring Saturday)

Total OOP 11.89 on Walgreens Gift Card from September Rebates
Earned 10 RR

Will get back:
7.99 Loreal
7.99 Rimmel
1.00 Arm and Hammer

This trip cost me 2.91 including RR usage! Not too bad! The combination of Dimetapp RR and coupons was a 4.03 moneymaker. Had I not bought the lip gloss, I would have come out with a profitable trip!

CVS Wednesday

Tonight Nicole and I went to Bryan, without calling a dear, dear, couponing friend and inviting her to come along. I completely regret not calling, and I hope with sincerity that your RR's didn't expire. This mistake will not happen again, I promise!

At CVS, I spent more ECB's than I made, but I got products that we use on a regular basis. Next week I will make up for this, as I already have some money making deals in the works (in my head of course).
2-32 oz Gatorade 2.00
3-32 oz Propel (not all are pictured) 3.00
Always Infinity 4.99
Covergirl Foundation (donation) 5.49
Covergirl Outlast Lipcolor 9.99

Coupons used:
2.00 Always
1.00 off 2 Gatorade (CVS coupon)
Covergirl buy foundation get complimentary face product (-9.99)
1.00 Covergirl
9.96 ECB
1.52 ECB (adjusted down, I am just now seeing this)

Total OOP 0.98
ECB's earned 6.00
Refund 1.07 for Always ECB that didn't print out

5.39 spent including ECB usage. I justify this loss of ECB's as "This is how much the pads would have cost!" I love this lip gloss, and am going to stock up on it as often as I can!

I did a second transaction so I could use my ECB's from the first transaction. I saw that Dove products were on sale, and I had a great 3.00 coupon print out last week from the register for Dove lotion. I applied this on my deal, of which the sole purpose was to get the bar soap.

Dove 6 pack 6.99 (ouch)
Dove Body Lotion 6.99

Coupons used:
1.00 Dove Bar Soap
1.50 Dove Lotion manufacturer coupon
3.00 Dove Lotion CVS coupon
8.29 ECB's

Total OOP 0.38
Earned 3.00 ECB
Spent 5.67 including ECB's. Justified again by "This is less than the Dove soap cost!"

Saturday Shopping

Today, Bailey had a volleyball tourney in Bryan, which her team won! In between games I made Ryan go with me to Walgreens and CVS. He waited patiently in the car, so maybe next time I can get him to venture inside with me.

At CVS, the cashier had set back two boxes of the Always pads for me. I knew they would be out of stock when I went, so when she offered to set them back, I took her up on the offer!

2 - Always Infinity 4.98 each
Addidas Deodorant Raincheck 0.99
Nivea Bodywash Raincheck Free
Coupons Used
1.00 Adidas
9.96 in ECB's

Total 0.07 OOP
Earned 9.96 in ECB!

Walgreens was out of stock of my big money making items, but I did get rainchecks, so I will do these when they are back in stock. I did "buy"

Scrubbing Bubbles Megafoamer Shower Cleaner 3.99
2 Crest Toothpaste 1.99 each
Fantastick 2.50
Windex 2.50
Butterfinger Theater Box Candy (Filler) (long gone...)

Coupons used:
Crest IVC (Walgreens coupon) 1.00 x2
2.00 Scrubbing Bubbles
1.50 Fantastick
2.00 Windex
1.00 off two Crest
5.00 RR

Total 1.38 OOP

Will get back from Walgreens ESR 1.00 Windex, 1.00 Fantastick, and 1.00 Scrubbing bubbles.
So in all, I paid 3.38 for this including my RR useage.

Walgreens Profit 10/4/08

Saturday morning while the kids were still sleeping, I made a trip to Bryan with Nicole and Megan. At Walgreens, Nicole had some sweet deals, and combined with mine, my trip was profitable! I am realizing now that I tossed my receipts, but here is what I come up with off the top of my head.

My first transaction, I paid 17.06 OOP. I walked away with $18.50 in Register Rewards. My second transaction was 7.02, and I walked away with 4.50 RR. I have also submitted for October's monthly rebate (ESR) and will receive 5 dollars back from that as well. I don't like spending this much OOP, but I haven't received my gift card yet, which should be about 49.00. In summary, I spent 24.08 OOP, received 23.00 in RR, and 5.00 ESR for October! So yes, Walgreens paid my $3.92 to help take this stuff off of their hands! Watch out next Saturday Walgreens!!!

Rite Aid 9/29/08

So, my first week of blogging isn't going so well. I have a big paper due Monday, and I thought that should have priority over blogging. Well, I just checked my email, and my wonderful instructor decided to extend the deadline for another week! Thank you! So, here is my Monday Rite Aid trip scores.

I requested my August rebate check, and received a check in the amount of 51.92 last week. I took this check to the store and paid for my items using this money. I put the remainder of 40.00 on a gift card with the idea that no more cash will come out of my pocket for Rite Aid purchases. I kept 2.51 in change, just because.

Gain Fabric Softener 2.99
2.00 coupon

Gillette Fusion Razor on sale for 9.00
5.00 SCR (Single check rebate)
4.00 coupon from paper
FREE

Crest Pro Health Whitening 4.2 oz 2.69
2.69 SCR
1.00 coupon
1.00 PROFIT

4-Kotex liners on sale 0.99 each 3.96
4-1.00 coupons
0.04 PROFIT

Always liners on sale for 0.99
0.50 coupon

My total paid with my new gift card was 9.41 with tax. I will receive SCR of 7.69 for these purchases! So 1.72 for all of this!

This program is so easy to do! I encourage everyone to sign up for the SCR program. Just make sure you purchase the exact item during the week the rebate is promoted! Then enter your receipts at http://www.riteaid.com/ and they do the rest for you! Your check can be requested at the end of each month, or whenever you are done shopping for the month.
